Seattle’s gum wall near the Pike Place Market has been attracting memories for over 50 years. I remember my first visit as a high school junior in 1970. I left my first wad of gum then and several more throughout my college years. Not sure if I could find them still, but it was an interesting piece of public art. The historic alleyway was cleansed of the gum in the Fall of 2015.
